The tallest residential tower was built in 2014: it includes a majority of housing and a minority of offices. Atenor wanted to communicate to investors and the general public in order to promote this flagship project which gives meaning to the city.
Atenor called on Concerto to take care of the project from A to Z: creation of an identity, presentation brochures, announcements, decoration of buildings (10x12m tarpaulins), specifications, site signs, folders, newsletter ” What’s up?”…

ATENOR entrusted Concerto with the production of the marketing brochure on the construction of terraces for the UP-site project. An integral part of this project, these multi-storey buildings along the canal offer a breathtaking view of the Tour et Taxis site.
To differentiate it from the documentation produced for the apartments of the UP-site tower (characterized by its verticality), Concerto opted for a horizontal and panoramic format. A four-page mini moodboard integrated into the document completes the package.
Intended for the general public, the brochure is partly distributed by the four agencies which market the UP-site complex.

To further highlight the company’s message, “Let’s make sense of the city”, the agency proposed creating a magazine, adopting an innovative and daring approach. The objective: to open the debate on the challenges of the development of today’s cities, such as density, sustainability, mobility or verticality.

For ATENOR’s new residential project, PALATIUM, ideally located on Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels, Concerto created the logo, brochure, website, stationery…
Both the publications and the website praise the merits of the district, its ideal location, close to the Palais de Justice, Sablon, Avenue Louise, Parc d’Egmont, etc. An urban and trendy lifestyle in the heart of the city.
